Local, organic produce
Minimum environmental impact.
Maximum nutrition and flavour.
We all know fresh produce has the highest nutritional value. We all worry about the impacts of agricultural chemicals on our health and wellbeing. And we all lament the environmental cost of shipping food across the country and from overseas. Yet modern food chains can make it difficult to find fresh, organic produce in our local area. Flat Out Produce is helping solve that problem.
Simple
We prepare food in a way that maintains its natural flavours and health properties. Our dedication to simple, unprocessed produce creates products packed with vitamins and nutrients your body can easily absorb, and flavour your tastebuds will rejoice about. The result is food that’s easy to cook with every day and which helps you feel great from the inside out.
Honest
We use the freshest, purest ingredients from local, Australian growers. We never use any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, so there’s nothing in our food your grandma wouldn’t recognise. The result is honest food packed with bold, tasty flavours straight from our kitchen to yours that you can be confident is good for your health and your family.
Wholesome
We make our products using produce from the Canberra region without adding pesticides, synthetic fertilisers, gluten, MSG, sugar, genetically-modified organisms (no GMOs here), animal products, or artificial ingredients. That means our food is fresh and wholesome without any nasties, so you can prepare healthy, nutritious meals any time you like.
Local, organic, infused olive oil
Nestled around the border of the traditional lands of the Ngunawal, Ngarigo and Yuin peoples, at an altitude of 1200 m, is a cold-climate olive grove run by Jason Lien and his family. There, dry farming and the highest standards produce certified-organic, export-grade, Oli Mia first-press olive oil. Every olive is handled with the greatest care and pressed as soon as it’s harvested, producing unrivalled flavour.

Kerenza then infuses that premium oil with gorgeous, seasonal flavours from produce sourced from the Canberra region. Every herb she chooses is ultra-sustainable, whether it’s garlic that would otherwise be destined for the bin because it’s not pretty enough for supermarkets, rosemary from her garden, or other excess herbs from neighbours and local organic farms.
Flat Out Produce’s other offerings are similarly sustainable. For example, olive leaves from Jason’s farm make for a soothing tea that tastes great and helps use every part of the olive plants.
In fact, Kerenza founded Flat Out Produce partly as a way to reduce food waste by using what others couldn’t.

Level-up your health and wellbeing by replacing some of your supermarket food with local, organic alternatives.
