Hand-crafted, infused olive oils

Flat Out Produce’s range of unique, handcrafted infused extra virgin olive oils are a delicious and versatile accompaniment to any dish. The standard range comprises Garlic, Pepperberry and Rosemary, with Mint and Dried Chili available seasonally.

Flat Out Produce uses Aminya Grove’s Olimia Estate extra virgin olive oil as the base for all infusions and adds only real herbs and ingredients, all sourced from local producers.

Robust, fruity and full-flavoured with a smooth and slightly peppery finish, Olimia Estate is perfect in any dish that calls for a vegetable oil. Use it when frying, roasting, and baking (it has a high smoking point of 220 °C). Create salad dressings with it or drizzle it over pasta. Or, try dipping fresh, crusty sourdough bread into it.

All our infused olive oils pair beautifully with Evie’s Favourite Dukkah, which is one of several other locally grown and made products we offer.
