As with our garlic oil, our Chili-infused Olive Oil is the perfect way to add a little kick to any recipe that calls for fresh or dried Chili. We love using it in guacamole and drizzling it on top of nachos.
It also makes an amazing marinate for chicken wings. Just mix with a little local honey and allow the chicken to soak up the flavours for a few hours or overnight. Then toss on the BBQ and savour the resulting flavour hit!
Store your oil in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight.
